Who Can Apply? (Eligibility)

- Be a member of your School Philately Club OR have a Philately Deposit Account (PDA) in a Post Office.

Scholarship Details
- Number of scholarships: 40 per postal circle (10 for each class).
- Value: ₹6,000 per year (₹500/month).
- Payment: Directly to a joint account with parents in IPPB/Post Office/Savings Bank.
- Duration: One year (you can reapply if you still meet the criteria).

- Last date to apply: 6 September 2025 (Update: Extended till 30.09.2025 for some circles)
- Philately Quiz: 21 September 2025 (Update: New Date 07.10.2025 for some circles)

How Selection Works
The selection happens in two stages:
Stage 1 – Philately Quiz
- Format: 50 questions (Multiple Choice), 1 mark each, no negative marking.
- Syllabus:
- General Knowledge – Current Affairs (5), History (5), Geography (5), Science (5), Sports/Culture/Personalities (5)
- Philately – Local Philately (10), National Philately (15)
