What’s Next After the Quiz?
If your name is in the list of selected students from the written quiz, you now need to submit a Philately Project for evaluation.
This project will decide the final selection for the SPARSH Scholarship 2025–26.
Submission Deadline
Each postal circle has its own last date and address for project submission.
For example, in Tamil Nadu Circle, projects must reach the concerned office on or before 7 November 2025 by Speed Post.
👉 Check your circle’s official notification for the correct date and address.
Projects received after the last date will not be accepted.
What to Submit
Your submission packet should include:
- Your original Philately Project (4–5 pages, max 500 words).
- Annexure IV (application form) — filled and signed by your school principal.
- Copy of your School ID card.
- Copy of your last exam mark sheet (attested by principal).
- Philately Deposit Account (PDA) details or proof of School Philately Club membership.
All documents must be sent together by Speed Post to your respective circle office.
Project Guidelines (as per India Post)
To make your project stand out, follow these rules carefully:
- The project must be original — do not copy from the internet.
- You can write it in English, Hindi, or your regional language.
- Length should be 4 to 5 pages (not more than 500 words).
- You can include up to 16 stamps or philatelic items.
- Use only authentic stamps, covers, or postcards (originals or clear images).
- You may also add special covers, Meghdoot cards, or First Day Covers (FDCs).
- Mention your sources or references if you used any books or websites.
- Keep your project neat and well-presented — use captions and short explanations.
What Should the Project Contain?
A good philately project is more like telling a story using stamps.
Here’s a simple structure you can follow:
- Project title: A catchy title, which will tell the main idea of your exhibit.
- Introduction: 2–3 lines about the topic you selected.
- Main Content: Explain your topic with stamps and short write-ups.
- Conclusion: What you learned from the project.
- References: Mention if you used any books or sites.
💡 Tip: Choose a topic that connects with culture, nature, or national themes — something meaningful and easy to express through stamps.
Where to Send Your Project
Send your complete project packet by Speed Post or Registered Post to the office address mentioned in your postal circle notification.
Make sure it reaches before the deadline.
Projects received late or incomplete will not be evaluated.
Scholarship Disbursement
Once results are declared, selected students will receive ₹6,000 for the year.
The amount will be directly credited to the joint account with parents in India Post Payment Bank (IPPB) or Post Office Savings Bank.
